Aesta is pre-launch and new. We are choosing our first founding clinics and building the software alongside them, not in isolation. Here is the honest version of where we are and why we built it.
Clinic software has had a long time to grow. Unfortunately, a lot of it spent that time growing in the wrong direction.
Why we built it
Most platforms built for aesthetic clinics have become large, complex products that charge for every seat on your team. They started out solving a real problem and then kept adding: more modules, more integrations, more features that appear on a demo but rarely on a Tuesday. The pricing grew with it, and the things clinics actually needed, like a clean diary, proper consent records and a clear patient history, got buried under everything else.
UK aesthetic and skin clinics are mostly small, highly skilled practices. A nurse practitioner running three rooms does not need enterprise healthcare software. She needs something calm, fast and built around the way her clinic actually works. We could not find something we were happy to put in front of clinics, so we built it.
How we work
We are a small UK team. We spent time in clinics before writing much code, and we are now building Aesta hand in hand with our founding clinics rather than guessing at what they need. When something does not work the way a clinic runs, we fix it. When a founding clinic asks for something, we take it seriously and either build it or explain honestly why we are not.
Aesta is pre-launch. We are onboarding our first founding clinics now. There is no long track record to point to, so we are transparent about how the software works and what it can and cannot do.
Our principles

What we believe.
These are the lines we hold when something more complicated would be easier.
- Lean over all-in-one. Better at the things clinics actually need, not more of the things that sound good in a demo.
- One fair price. Your whole team, every location, no per-seat fees and no modules to unlock.
- Private by design. Patient records are kept private, encrypted and seen only by the clinic they belong to. Not shared, not sold, not used to train anything.
- UK-native. Built for UK data protection law, CQC record-keeping and the way UK aesthetic clinics are actually run.
