Permissions are enforced in the system itself, not just in how the screen is laid out, so the boundaries hold.

Are there really no per-person fees?

None at all. One flat monthly price covers your whole team, however many nurses, therapists and receptionists you add. Growing your team does not change the bill.

What roles are available?

Aesta has three roles: owner, practitioner and receptionist. Owners manage settings and billing; practitioners handle patient care; receptionists manage bookings and front-desk tasks. Each role gives access only to what that person needs.

Can a team member work across more than one location?

Yes. Staff can be assigned to one or more locations within your Aesta account, so a practitioner who works at two of your sites can access both from a single login.
