Why we don't charge by the person.
Most clinic software charges for every nurse, therapist and receptionist you add, so growing your team quietly grows your bill. We think that is backwards. Aesta is one price for the whole clinic, so you can bring everyone on without watching the meter, and know exactly what next month costs.

What does Aesta cost?
£129 a month for your whole clinic and team, plus £89 a month for each extra location. There is nothing else to buy.
Do you charge per user or per practitioner?
No. Add every nurse, therapist and receptionist you like, the price stays the same.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. We move your records across for you for free when you join the Founding Cohort, so there is nothing to pay to get started.
What about more than one location?
Each extra location is £89 a month, with the same whole-team, everything-included price for each.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. Aesta is month to month. You are with us because it helps your clinic, not because you are locked in.
